SUPORTE DE FRALDA DESCARTÁVEL PARA CÃES 1. INTRODUÇÃO: Refere-se o presente pedido de Patente de Modelo de Utilidade, a um aperfeiçoamento introduzido em suporte para fraldas descartáveis, utilizadas em cães de raças diversas, machos e fêmea, cuja função consiste na absorção da urina. 2. CAMPO DE APLICAÇÃO: O referido produto foi desenvolvido com o intuito de suprir deficiências, amenizar dificuldades e solucionar problemas até então encontrados pelos usuários do setor, mais especificamente, setor de pet shop/moda pet, cujo segmento tem se tomado, dia após dia, cada vez mais competitivo, e com um público cada vez mais exigente. 3. PROBLEMÁTICA: Cachorros em geral, independente da raça, peso, tamanho e idade, criados em residências ou apartamentos, costumam urinar nos mais variados locais. Com o passar do tempo, ainda que o local seja limpo e higienizado, surgem gradativamente, odores indesejáveis no ambiente, provocados pela urina diária do animal. 4. Em alguns casos, o cachorro, com o passar do tempo, desenvolve o hábito de urinar sempre nos mesmos locais, ou ao menos, são educados pelos próprios donos, à urinarem em locais apropriados, tomando-se uma rotina diária para animal. 5. O fato, é que muitas circunstâncias são inevitáveis quando se cria um animal doméstico. Assim como todo ser humano, ou qualquer outro animal, o cachorro, por sua vez, também possui suas necessidades fisiológicas, e por isso, precisa supri-las diariamente. 6. Um simples passeio com o cachorro em locais diversos, ou até mesmo em locais de rotina, normalmente, estimulam o cachorro urinar. Alguns horários específicos também são bastante oportunos. Por outro lado, o fato de um cachorro urinar em um ambiente público, ou fechado, pode ser um grande inconveniente, não somente para o dono, mas também, para as demais pessoas que estão próximas ao local. Naturalmente, para evitar aborrecimentos, o dono poderá levar o cachorro para um local apropriado e oportuno. A urina do cachorro poderá transmitir bactérias, doenças, ou resultar em odores desagradáveis, mesmo poucos minutos após o ato. 7. Além disso, muitos cachorros apresentam incontinência urinária, e assim, a urina é liberada involuntariamente. Em muitos casos, não há tempo para evita-la, gerando um desconforto para o dono, principalmente, quando se está em ambientes fechados, públicos, ou com circulação de outras pessoas. 8. Outro fator relevante são os cachorros domésticos, que passam boa parte do tempo dentro de casa. Eles estão suscetíveis à urinar nos móveis, tapetes, e outros cômodos inadequados da casa. Além disso, é muito comum levar os cachorros dentro do carro. Seja em pequenos ou longos trechos, o animal também está suscetível a urinarem dentro do veículo, fator que resultaria em odores desagradáveis, difíceis de revertê-los. 9. DESCRIÇÃO DO ESTADO DA TÉCNICA: Durante o desenvolvimento do referido produto, foram realizadas inúmeras pesquisas para identificar a existência de eventuais anterioridades. Tais levantamentos, contudo, não apontaram nenhum produto que apresentasse as mesmas características. 10. Todavia, foram constatadas algumas alternativas, propostas pelo mercado, para tentar amenizar as dificuldades acima descritas. No segmento de pet shop, existem fraldas específicas para cães. Elas são fixadas no animal sem nenhum suporte complementar. 11. Uma das grandes vantagens encontradas nesse produto é o fator conforto. Os suportes utilizados no momento deixam os cães muito cobertos, sem muita liberdade para se movimentar, limitando seus movimentos. 12. Foi diante desta necessidade, que criou-se o referido suporte para fraldas, cuja proteção é reivindicada neste processo. 13. Trata-se de um equipamento único, exclusivo e inovador. É altamente confiável e recomendável para as mais variadas raças de cães, independente do peso, tamanho e idade. É um produto de fácil manejo e uso prático, que poderá ser utilizado em qualquer ambiente aberto ou fechado. 14. Seu objetivo é envolver a fralda, de modo que absorva a urina do cão de maneira eficiente, facilitando na limpeza e inibindo o surgimento de odores indesejáveis. 15. CARACTERÍSTICAS: o referido produto, denominado suporte para fraldas descartáveis, é compreendido essencialmente por: Duas faixas estreitas paralelas (faixas principais), de elástico ou outro material que sirva para a mesma função, separadas por 5 pedaços de elástico ou outro material que sirva para a mesma função, fixadas perpendicularmente às faixas principais (faixas secundárias). 16. As 2 faixas principais serão responsáveis por envolver o dorso do animal, e que proporcionará sustentação no conjunto; as 3 faixas secundárias, serão posicionadas na parte inferior, para oferecer sustentação à fralda; e, as outras 2 faixas secundárias, serão posicionadas na parte superior, deixando um espaço para a entrada da fralda nas laterais e deixando a parte do absorvente de fralda, livre ao centro. 17. As 2 faixas principais, serão colocadas com a fralda descartável, circundando o dorso do animal, sendo uma das faixas envolvendo o perímetro da cintura da frente e a outra, envolvendo o perímetro da cintura de trás. 18. O produto aqui apresentado é inovador. No lugar do uso da fralda infantil, usada no dorso do animal, que existe no mercado e esquenta muito, envolvendo o pênis do cão e sua envoltura, serão usadas duas faixas estreitas, deixando as costas dos cães mais abertas e mais refrescantes, com um absorvente em contato com o corpo, bem mais reduzido. 19. FUNCIONALIDAE: Inicialmente, o dono do animal deverá fixar o suporte de fralda, na circunferência abdominal do cão. Serão duas faixas estreitas, paralelas (faixas principais), de elástico ou outro material que sirva para a mesma função, separadas por 5 pedaços de elástico ou outro material que sirva para a mesma função (faixas secundárias), fixadas perpendicularmente às faixas principais. As 3 faixas secundárias ficarão abaixo da fralda. As outras 2 faixas secundárias ficarão acima, deixando um espaço para a entrada da fralda nas laterais e deixando a parte do absorvente de fralda, livre ao centro, que cobrirá o pênis do cão e sua envoltura. É dessa forma que o conjunto de faixas prenderá a fralda suavemente, sem machucar o animal. Isso permitirá que o cão movimente-se livremente, sem qualquer limitação física, e sem lhes causar quaisquer irritações pela aderência. 20. No momento em que o cão urinar, a fralda, por sua vez, absorverá toda a urina, inibindo que a mesma tenha acesso à outras superfícies, como calçadas, parede, gramados, azulejos, automóveis, mobiliário, dentre outros. Isto é, uma vez que não haja contato da urina com outras superfícies, os odores também deixarão de existir, pois a urina do animal será completamente absorvida pela fralda em questão. 21. Ao proprietário, os cuidados com o animal serão supridos de maneira prática, rápida, higiênica e segura. Primeiro porque o proprietário do cão, não terá contato direto com a urina. Segundo porque, tanto a fralda, quanto o suporte, serão trocados em questão de segundos. Além disso, o tempo, custo e trabalho com a limpeza, deixarão de existir, pois a urina se concentrará completamente na fralda, que por sua vez, será descartada imediatamente após o uso. 22. BENEFÍCIOS: A utilização do suporte resultará em inúmeros benefícios ao consumidor, bem como preservando a integridade física do animal, mantendo-o livre e confortável. Dentre os inúmeros benefícios, destacamos principalmente, à seguir: - O consumidor usufruirá de um preço de compra mais baixo, porque a fralda usada neste produto terá custo bem mais acessível e o suporte poderá ser usado diversas vezes, pois não é descartável; - Simplicidade no desenho e confecção; - Conforto; - Custo baixo na fabricação; - Na questão ambiental, deve-se levar em consideração a economia de água para lavar os panos, na limpeza da urina do cachorro, além do odor, que aos poucos vão impregnando os ambientes. Para melhorar o cheiro da urina usamos desinfetantes, os quais na maioria das vezes poluem o meio ambiente; - Muitas pessoas, apesar de amarem os animais domésticos, têm receio das doenças transmitidas por eles. O pelo, a saliva, as patas, as fezes e a urina de cachorros abrigam diversos microrganismos capazes de provocar doenças; - O não contato direto com a urina dos cães. 23. FIGURAS: Visando uma compreensão clara e objetiva acerca das disposições aplicadas no presente aperfeiçoamento, serão apresentados desenhos em caráter demonstrativo, bem como uma simulação de uso, fazendo referências ao relatório que se segue. - A figura 01 ilustra o referido produto (IA), para cães machos, em vista superior, sem a fralda, indicando 2 faixas principais (2), 2 faixas perpendiculares (3) que serão posicionadas na parte de cima da fralda; - A figura 02 ilustra o referido produto (IA), para cães machos, em vista superior, com a fralda, indicando 2 faixas principais (2) e 3 faixas perpendiculares (4) que serão posicionadas na parte de baixo da fralda; - A figura 03 ilustra o referido produto (IA), para cães machos, em vista inferior, com a fralda, indicando 2 faixas principais (2) e 2 faixas perpendiculares (3) que serão posicionadas na parte de cima da fralda; 24. Conforme se pode observar nas figuras 1, 2 e 3, são duas faixas estreitas paralelas (faixas principais), de elástico ou outro material que sirva para a mesma função, medindo 50 cm de comprimento e de 2,5 cm de largura, separadas por 5 pedaços de elástico ou outro material que sirva para a mesma função de 13 cm de comprimento e de 2,5 cm de largura (faixas secundárias), fixadas perpendicularmente às faixas principais. - A figura 04 ilustra o referido produto (1B), para cães fêmeas, em vista superior, sem a fralda; - A figura 05 ilustra o referido produto (1B), para cães fêmeas, em vista superior, com a fralda; - A figura 06 ilustra o referido produto (1B), para cães fêmeas, em vista inferior, com a fralda. 25. Conforme pode-se observar nas figuras 4, 5 e 6, são 2 faixas principais de 43 cm, 5 faixas secundárias de 13 cm, 3 abaixo da e 2 em cima da fralda e 1 faixa secundária de ligação, de 8 cm, onde o rabo do animal entra. Neste caso, serão fixadas 2 faixas perpendicularmente ao suporte de 50 cm, que circundarão o animal. Os materiais usados no protótipo foram elástico de 2,5 centímetros e velcro na mesma largura. O suporte da fêmea será colocado de trás para frente. 26. Convém esclarecer que o modelo aqui descrito é apresentado em caráter demonstrativo e não restritivo, cuja concepção pode variar quanto às suas medidas, dimensões e formatos, sem fugir logicamente, do escopo principal do aperfeiçoamento, cuja proteção é reivindicada. 27. Logo, em conformidade com o artigo 9o da Lei da Propriedade Industrial n° 9.279/96 e por todos os aspectos apresentados neste relatório, o objeto do presente pedido de patente se faz merecedor da proteção como Modelo de Utilidade, que ora se pleiteia.Disposable diaper holder for dogs 1. FIELD OF APPLICATION: This product was developed in order to overcome deficiencies, alleviate difficulties and solve problems hitherto encountered by users of the sector, more specifically, pet shop / pet fashion sector, whose segment has taken place, day after increasingly competitive, and with an increasingly demanding audience. 3. PROBLEM: Dogs in general, regardless of breed, weight, size and age, raised in homes or apartments, often urinate in a variety of places. Over time, even though the place is clean and sanitized, undesirable odors in the environment gradually arise from the animal's daily urine. 4. A simple walk with the dog in various locations, or even routine places, usually encourages the dog to urinate. Some specific times are also quite timely. On the other hand, the fact that a dog urinates in a public or closed environment can be a major inconvenience, not only to the owner, but also to other people who are close to the place. Of course, to avoid hassle, the owner can take the dog to an appropriate and timely place. The dog's urine may transmit bacteria, disease, or result in unpleasant odors even within minutes of the act. 7. In addition, many dogs have urinary incontinence, so the urine is involuntarily released. In many cases, there is no time to avoid it, generating discomfort for the owner, especially when indoors, in public, or with other people's circulation. 8. Another relevant factor is domestic dogs, who spend most of their time indoors. They are susceptible to urinating on furniture, rugs, and other inappropriate rooms in the home. Also, it is very common to take the dogs in the car. Whether in short or long stretches, the animal is also susceptible to urination inside the vehicle, which would result in unpleasant odors that are difficult to reverse. 9. DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL STATUS: During the development of this product, numerous researches were conducted to identify the existence of any priorities. Such surveys, however, did not indicate any product that presented the same characteristics. 10. However, some alternatives proposed by the market were found to try to alleviate the difficulties described above. In the pet shop segment, there are specific diapers for dogs. They are fixed to the animal without any complementary support. 11. One of the great advantages found in this product is the comfort factor. The supports used at the moment leave the dogs very covered, without much freedom to move, limiting their movements. 12. It was in the face of this need that the diaper holder was created, the protection of which is claimed in this process. 13. It is a unique, exclusive and innovative equipment. It is highly reliable and recommended for the most varied dog breeds, regardless of weight, size and age. It is a product of easy handling and practical use, which can be used in any open or closed environment. 14. Its purpose is to wrap the diaper so that it absorbs the dog's urine efficiently, facilitating cleaning and inhibiting the emergence of undesirable odors. 15. FEATURES: The so-called disposable diaper holder is essentially comprised of: Two parallel narrow strips (main strips) of elastic or other material serving the same function, separated by 5 pieces of elastic or other material serve the same function, fixed perpendicular to the main tracks (secondary tracks). 16. The 2 main tracks will be responsible for wrapping the back of the animal, which will provide support for the whole; the 3 secondary bands will be positioned at the bottom to provide support to the diaper; and the other 2 secondary strips will be positioned at the top, leaving a space for diaper entry on the sides and leaving the diaper pad part free in the center. 17. FUNCTIONALITY: Initially, the pet owner should attach the diaper holder to the dog's waist circumference. They shall be two narrow, parallel bands (main bands) of elastic or other material serving the same function, separated by 5 pieces of elastic or other material serving the same function (secondary bands) fixed at right angles to the main bands. The 3 secondary tracks will be below the diaper. That is, since there is no contact of urine with other surfaces, odors will also cease to exist, as the animal's urine will be completely absorbed by the diaper in question. 21. To the owner, care for the animal will be provided in a practical, fast, hygienic and safe manner. First because the dog owner will not have direct contact with the urine. Second, because both the diaper and the support will be changed in a matter of seconds. In addition, the time, cost and labor of cleaning will cease to exist as the urine will concentrate completely on the diaper, which in turn will be discarded immediately after use. 22. BENEFITS: Using the stand will result in numerous consumer benefits as well as preserving the physical integrity of the animal while keeping it free and comfortable. Among the many benefits, we highlight the following: - The consumer will enjoy a lower purchase price, because the diaper used in this product will cost much more affordable and the support can be used several times, as it is not disposable; - Simplicity in the design and confection; - comfort; - Low cost in manufacturing; - In the environmental issue, one should take into account the water saving to wash the cloths, cleaning the dog's urine, as well as the odor, which gradually permeates the environments. To improve the smell of urine we use disinfectants, which most often pollute the environment; - Many people, despite loving domestic animals, are afraid of the diseases transmitted by them. Dog hair, saliva, paws, feces, and urine harbor a variety of disease-causing microorganisms; - No direct contact with dog urine. 23. FIGURES: For the purpose of a clear and objective understanding of the provisions applied in this enhancement, demonstrative drawings will be presented, as well as a simulation of use, making reference to the following report. Figure 01 illustrates said male dog product (IA) in top view without the diaper, indicating 2 main strips (2), 2 perpendicular strips (3) which will be positioned on top of the diaper; Figure 02 illustrates said male dog product (IA) in top view with the diaper, indicating 2 main strips (2) and 3 perpendicular strips (4) which will be positioned at the bottom of the diaper; Figure 03 illustrates said male dog product (IA) in bottom view with the diaper, indicating 2 main strips (2) and 2 perpendicular strips (3) which will be positioned on top of the diaper; 24. As can be seen from Figures 1, 2 and 3, there are two parallel narrow strips (main strips) of elastic or other material serving the same function, measuring 50 cm in length and 2.5 cm in width, separated by 5 pieces of elastic or other material serving the same function 13 cm long and 2.5 cm wide (secondary bands), fixed perpendicular to the main bands. Figure 04 illustrates said product (1B) for female dogs in top view without the diaper; Figure 05 illustrates said female dog product (1B) in top view with the diaper; Figure 06 illustrates said product (1B) for female dogs in bottom view with the diaper. 25. As can be seen from figures 4, 5 and 6, there are 2 main strips of 43 cm, 5 secondary strips of 13 cm, 3 below and 2 above the diaper and 1 secondary stripe of 8 cm, where the tail of the animal enters. In this case, 2 strips will be fixed perpendicular to the 50 cm support surrounding the animal. The materials used in the prototype were 2.5 cm elastic and velcro in the same width. The female bracket will be placed backwards. 26. It should be clarified that the model described here is demonstrative and not restrictive, whose conception may vary in its measurements, dimensions and shapes, without logically departing from the main scope of improvement, the protection of which is claimed. 27. Accordingly, in accordance with Article 9 of Industrial Property Law No. 9,279 / 96 and for all the aspects set forth in this report, the subject-matter of this patent application deserves protection as a Utility Model, which is now claimed. .
REIVINDICAÇÕES
