Description
DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM TAMPA DECONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN
This Utility Model Patent is a constructive arrangement introduced in a bottle cap belonging to the packaging accessories technical industry in general, more particularly a beverage bottle cap such as beer, water and soft drinks or any other beverage that uses the bottle as a packaging, through which practical, safe and very functional results are obtained.
According to www.papodebar.com, by the 1880s, carbonated beverages began to become very popular in establishments, but it was kind of complicated to take them home. Generally, the bottles were sealed with stoppers or caps of ceramic, wood and metal, but they could not handle carbon dioxide efficiently. And worse, if they came in contact with the liquid, they could even make it toxic.
Until William Painter, solved the problem, inventing in 1891, the crown cap, with a cork disk inside that prevented the contact of the drink with metal (nowadays plastic is used). The cap, with its undulating edge, was the perfect solution to seal the bottles with carbonated liquid without leakage. After inventing the crown cap, in 1894 William Painter invented his faithful partner the opener. [03] For a long time the crown cap was used in the company of the indispensable opener, until with the advent of the long neck disposable beer bottles, the traditional caps were replaced by the new caps that allowed to be screwed in the mouths of the bottles, thus eliminating the need to use the opener. However, in addition to the regular bottles, which continued to use traditional caps, a new eco-appeal has given way to new returnable beer bottles and old soda bottles, which use the old caps and their often-needed opener. It becomes an inconvenience in the use of such packages. [04] Thus, in order to make the use of disposable packaging more widespread, without the inconvenience of loading an opener, the present innovation was developed, which through the permanent arrangement of the lid and its constructive variants, allows the opening of bottles with a lid with a lever that allows its opening.

Figure 6.8: Perspective view of a fifth embodiment of the fully open plastic / polycarbonate / fiber / glass bottle cap. [06] According to Figures 1.1 to 1.8, the present utility model patent comprises a metal lid (1) with a "L" handle / handle (2) which has the smaller segment (21). ) and the end of the major segment (22) near the vertex fixed to the upper face and the peripheral wall of the lid (1) by welding, glue, pin or any other means of attachment, the largest segment (22) being, vertically, slightly streaked to the handle provided at the end of a slot (23). Optionally, according to figures 1.6 and 1.8, the end of the larger segment (22), near the vertex, will be formed following the peripheral wall of the lid (1), forming a wavy region with the same "reliefs / friezes" system. on the cover (24). [07] According to figures 2.1 and 2.2, in a first constructional variant, the lever for the handle (2) can be formed into angles, forming from the vertex a vertical segment (221) that closes in an oblique segment (222) which in turn encloses a vertical segment (223). [08] According to Figures 3.1 to 3.5, in a second embodiment, the lid (1) and the lever (2) will be made into a single body (12), where the lever (2) is born at the edge of the wall. (D- [09]) According to Figures 4.1 to 4.6, in a third embodiment, the lever (2) is provided at the end of the smaller segment (21) with an inclination that forms a “tip / perforating tooth ”(211) which, at the moment of opening the lid (1), perforates the upper face of the lid, taking the internal pressure and thereby facilitating the release of the respective lid (1) with the help of the lever (2) See the piercing “tip / tooth” already inserted in the pressure / carbon dioxide cap [10] According to figures 5.1 and 5.7, in a fourth construction variant, the lever / handle (2) is joined with the cap at the upper end and provided with two hooks at the bottom of the cap (25) positioned on the edge of the bottle and onto which the cap is attached / fixed (1), which lid (1) may already be attached to the lever (2) or not. The function of the hooks (25) is to "leverage" and expel the bottle cap. [11] According to Figures 6.1 to 6.8, in a fifth embodiment, the lid (1) and the lever / handle (2) will be made of plastic, polycarbonate, vibration / glass and molded in one piece. material is opaque or transparent. [12] With the constructive arrangement introduced in the bottle cap thus obtained, it offers the following advantages over its hitherto known counterparts: - Encourages the use of returnable bottles without the need for the opener; - Ease, practicality and immediacy in opening the lid, especially the disposable beer bottles called "long neck"; - Increased safety and speed since the lever is already in the correct position of the handle for instant opening; - Allows the use of recyclable materials in the lid. [13] The scope of the present utility model patent demonstrates its innovation in the domestic and worldwide market and should not be limited to the use of packaging, but also to the terms defined in the claims and their various equivalents.
