APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CONJUNTO DE CORTE DE ROÇADEJRA AGRÍCOLA TRATORfZADA, pertencente ao ramo de máquinas e implementos agrícolas, [001] Trata-se, especificamente, de um novo conceito mecânico, onde, a partir da instalação de facas de corte rotativas em diferentes planos de corte, promovem o corte e a trituração de material de modo e características únicas. [002] Através dos anos, é sabido que funcionalmente, as roçadeiras agrícolas são equipamentos destinados ao corte e à trituração de mato, vegetação baixa, ervas daninhas e até pequenos arbustos em diversas culturas Para referenciar o atual estado da técnica colocaremos que o modelo usual e amplamente encontrado, possui estrutura metálica formada por chapas e perfilados, sempre dotado de conjunto de facas, o qual denominaremos de convencional, durante este relatório descntivo, para facilitara compreensão [003] As roçadeiras agrícolas, por não serem automotnzes, são normalmente instaladas junto ao engate de três pontos, na parte traseira do trator e são acionadas pela Tomada de Potência (TDP). Desta maneira, percebe-se a necessidade de um trator para desempenhar o trabalho bem como o transporte das mesmas [004] Geralmente, estes equipamentos são acoplados ao trator, por meio de barra de tração ou então por meio dos três pontos de engate do hidráulico, normalmente utilizando a Tomada de Potência do trator para o acionamento dos seus órgãos ativos, as facas. [005] Vale lembrar, que ainda dentro de um panorama atual, existem alguns mecanismos que são distintos dos convencionais, porém todos são caraterizados, principalmente por contemplarem, um suporte com duas facas retas ou curvas. Nestas configurações, os elementos de corte (facas), estão dispostos em duas peças (retas ou curvas), fixadas a cento e oitenta graus, uma em relação à outra, e presas através de pinos ao suporte rotativo, co tipo reto. [006] Desta maneira, a partir da observação e pesquisa intensa dos métodos aplicados atualmente, temos por objetivo apresentar uma nova solução técnica e funcionai, por meio da patente pretendida objeto central deste pedido [007] O objetivo do aperfeiçoamento, é prover, um novo mecanismo de corte e tnturação do mato, e/ou matéria orgânica, dentro de características, que melhor se adequem, as modernas técnicas de agricultura sustentável e maneio da matéria orgânica. Basicamente conduzindo operações de plantio, sobretudo nas mais variadas culturas anuais, bem como, na condução de pomares e lavouras perenes. [008] Consiste, portanto, na idealização e criação, de um equipamento de corte e trituraçâo, de forma que o material triturado apresente características diferenciadas e melhor adaptadas aos conceitos de agricultura sustentável. Através dos trabalhos de campo e experiências práticas, chegou-se a conclusão de que um mecanismo simples, porém totaimente inovador, que se caracteriza, através da montagem de conjuntos de facas em planos de cortes diferentes, em um mesmo suporte rotativo com acionamento mecânico, elétrico e hidráulico, atingiu o resultado esperado. [009] As figuras anexas servem para melhor compreensão do invento. [010] A Fig.1 é uma perspectiva do mecanismo de suporte rotativo, do tipo disco, apresentado, montagem de facas em disposição de quarenta e cinco graus, uma em relação á outra, notando-se, claramente, a montagem intercalada de uma faca reta e uma faca curva. Esta montagem inovadora é quem justamente propiciará o corte do material em dois planos diferentes. [011] A Fig.2 também é uma perspectiva, porém atenta-se prioritariamente, aos planos de cortes em diferentes posições.
