STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE [002] -0 The current state of the art contemplates the existence of a wide range of conventional folding storage boxes made generally of cardboard, wood or plastic, among other rigid materials, which makes their disassembly very difficult and even folded , require a lot of space so they can be stored.

[003] - Parallel to this, the dismountable boxes basically consist of rectangular boxes made of plastic or wooden made with rigid walls, hollow or not, which, in order to be disassembled, have a fold in half of each wall . This fold is pushed by the user into the box towards the base of the box when it is not in use, causing the box to be smaller in size to be stored.

This type of hinge deteriorates very easily and over time or overuse it tends to break.

[006] -In addition, as a rule, in order to be closed, they need a separate cover with rigid edges and contours, which makes it extremely difficult to store them in small places. When the lid is made in the body of the box, it will present the same problem in the joint hinge that deteriorates and tends to break easily.

The drawback of this type of articulation lies in the fact that the complexity of the locking members and the assembly and disassembly actions of the box can cause the tooth to break, thus making it impossible to lock the walls together.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INNOVATION [009] -Before the state of the art described above, it consists as one of the objectives of this Utility Model patent application, to provide a folding box for storage and transportation that can be manufactured from any type of malleable material and used in replacement to those existing in the state of the art for presenting simple assembly and disassembly, low manufacturing cost in addition to the practicality of handling and that can be stored in wardrobes, similar furniture or any other small environment.

[010] -Finally, it is also another objective of this Utility Model patent application to provide a container box for placing clothes, groceries, objects and that can be used to replace foldable or non-existent boxes on the market and presented in the state of the technique, offering in relation to them, however, the advantages that come from not needing

4/9 large space to be stored when not in use, since the present box is configured as a folding structure.

[011] -The folding box for storage and transport treated here also has the possibility of having its allocation height previously defined in the sizes available in its manufacture, with the selection between these levels being made in a simple, fast and direct way according to the user's need.

[012] -Another purpose of this Utility Model patent application is to provide a folding box for storage and transportation in which, depending on the way it is manufactured, it can substantially support a good volume of cargo.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INNOVATION [013] -The folding storage and transport box treated here and object of this Utility Model patent application comprises a base, four walls and a top.

[014] -The base of the box consists of a rigid board placed between two parts of the material from which it is made. The two parts of the fabric will be joined by sewing together to form the rigid bottom of the box. The entire inner lateral extension of the box has a metallic tubular rod on the peripheral edge and sewn to the sides at the end of each side angle, thus forming the support of the box.

[015] -The side walls extend along the entire base. The front wall has a transparent window and a zipper opening that extends over almost all said front part, the rear wall is solid as well as the right side where the side parts are joined by double seam. The left side wall also has a smaller transparent display that

5/9 the front. In the upper central external part of the left and right sides of the box, there are two handles, one on each side, sewn into the box to facilitate the transportation of the box. Each of the handles has an internal reinforcement sewn to their respective side walls that extend from the top to the height of said handles.

[016] -The box also has a label holder on the lower left side, just below the handle, to identify the owner of the box or to identify the product stored inside.

[017J-The box has a horizontal metal tubular rod on each internal side wall that serves as a support and, by means of a junction, connects to another U-shaped tubular metal rod, allowing the movement of said rod in the form of “ U ”. Said rods extend from the angle of superior junction of the lateral with the frontal lateral and with the posterior lateral. Said horizontal tubular metal rod is sewn on the top of the left and right sides. The U-shaped rods, once connected to the horizontal rods and when directed by the user to the inner central part of the box, allow the movement of the U-shaped rods and allow them to be retracted into the box, in order to allow a sensitive and considerable decrease in its height.

[018] - The same type of horizontal, U-shaped tubular metal rod described above, is also found on the rear side of the box. However, the size of said rod is one third of the total size of the posterior side, however, maintaining the same shape of the seam and fitting of the left and right lateral rods.

[019] -The tubular metal rods, all sewn only on the upper part of the box, allow the movement of the

6/9 U-shaped rods and the folding box assembly and disassembly.

[020] The top of the box also has a metal tubular rod on the peripheral edge and internally sewn to the sides at the end of each side angle in the same way as the base. The opening of the worktop is done by means of a zipper sewn on said worktop. The opening extends across the front of the worktop and its respective left and right sides. The junction to the box is made at the upper back of the box.

[021] The main metal rods that constitute the essence of assembling and disassembling and supporting the box treated here, when open, hang vertically from the support that connects them to either the left or right side, as well as to the rear side of the Cashier. Said metal rods, once placed in the vertical position, allow the assembly for use of the box and, once horizontally arranged they allow the box to be folded.

Once the horizontal “U” shaped tubular metal rods 9 are attached, they can be positioned by the user's manual movement to the center of the box in order to allow box C to be folded when said “U” shaped tubular metal rods. 9 are in an upright position and in the opposite movement, that is, from the center outwards when box C needs to be unfolded for use.

[030] -The smaller vertical “U” shaped rod 10 has the same angle to fit the rods, however, it is packed by means of a seam on the rear side 3 of box C.

[031] -The front side 2 of box C has a viewfinder 14 and a smaller zipper 12 for opening said front side 2. Each left side 4 and right side 5 has on the outside a loop 13 properly sewn on said sides 4 and 5 and which internally also have a reinforcement 16. The right side wall 5 also has a smaller display 15. The two displays 14 and 15 allow viewing the contents of box C.

[032J-The right side has a label holder 17 that allows the identification of the contents of the box or the identification of its owner.

[033] -In the top 6 of box C there is the larger zipper 11 that allows the total opening of said top 6 to place the material inside said box C. This top 6 is one-piece and stored on the rear side 3 of box C.
