Abstract

Sachê com sistema de abertura e retirada de tampa, para exposição de bocal aplicador, onde um sachê (1) possui corpo flexível semelhante a uma ampola, cujo pescoço cilíndrico (6) delimita, por linha de enfraquecimento horizontal (7), uma tampa (8), de topo (9) arredondado, sendo ambos, pescoço (6) e tampa (8) são incorporados também por linha contornante de enfraquecimento (10) a uma pega superior (11). Ao ser girada a pega (11) é provocada fácil rasgação pelo rompimento das linhas de enfraquecimento (7) e (10), para a retirada da tampa (8) e pega, expondo assim um bocal cilíndrico aplicador. Com isso é formado um sachê (1) pelo qual o usuário empunha o corpo flexível (2) e pressiona sua porção intermediária (4) tubular para direcionar e dispensar o produto. Ocorre que os sachês convencionais por questões de segurança podem não ter a linha de picote devidamente enfraquecida, para que esta não seja rompida indevidamente quando do transporte ou armazenamento de centenas de unidades envazadas, o que deixaria escapar produto, gerando prejuízos. O fato é que a linha de picote, tal como é feita atualmente, dificulta em muito a rasgação para a abertura do bico aplicador por parte do usuário. Nessa situação, o mesmo acaba por levar o sachê à boca segurando seu corpo retangular flexível (que não dá pega adequada) e, com os dentes, forçando a abertura, o que na maioria das vezes provoca saída descontrolada do produto, melando suas mãos com maionese por exemplo, desestimulando-o até mesmo a comer um sanduíche ou similar.The sachets usually have the rectangular plastic body thermally closed after filling and, in one or two of the vertices, receiving perforation line to delimit the applicator nozzle. Por isso, ao longo dos tempos variadas formas de picotes ou bicos aplicadores vêm sendo desenvolvidos, como mostra por exemplo o documento de patente PI 0900151-4 depositado cm 03.02.2009, que pleiteia um sistema pelo qual o fechamento e o corte das laterais do sachê são efetuados em ângulo, de modo a obter-se uma peça com extremidades oblíquas, paralelas, cuja configuração irá formar, em ambos os lados da peça, uma pega incorporando bico de aplicação. Em conformidade com os desenhos anexos, o “SACHÊ COM SISTEMA DE ABERTURA E RETIRADA DE TAMPA, PARA EXPOSIÇÃO DE BOCAL APLICADOR”, objeto desse presente pedido de patente, constitui-se de um sachê (1) flexível produzido em material plástico a partir de projeto de molde, de corpo (2) aproximadamente tubular com fundo (3) plano que sofre gradual abertura. Após a abertura o corpo (2) estende-se retilíneo na sua porção intermediária (4), até atingir o ombro (5), abaulado, o qual converge em inclinação de modo a contornar o pescoço cilíndrico (6). O pescoço cilíndrico (6) possui uma linha de enfraquecimento horizontal (7), como mostra o detalhe A da figura 2, a qual delimita a tampa (8), de topo (9) arredondado.
