RELATÓRIO DESCRITIVO DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM SIMULADOR CIRÚRGICO PORTÁTIL PARA TREINAMENTO DE NÓS, ENDOSUTURAS, ENDOANASTOMOSES E OUTROS PROCEDIMENTOS.DESCRIPTIVE REPORT CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED ON A PORTABLE SURGICAL SIMULATOR FOR TRAINING US, ENDOSUTURES, ENDOANASTOMOSES AND OTHER PROCEDURES.
Field of the Invention and State of the Art: * The present utility model refers to a new constructive arrangement applied in a portable simulator for the training of knots, endosutures and other procedures, providing users, through simulators, as close management as possible. reality of the abdominal and thoracic cavity, with adequate, systematized training, preferably guided by teachers and surgery monitors, in correct techniques of surgical stitches and knots, surgical instruments handling, tweezers, scissors and needle holders, in addition to stations in videolaparoscopy surgery, with spatial relationship sedimentation, two-dimensional vision with three-dimensional management (stereotaxis) and placement of trocars for proper movement triangulation (ergonomics). Practical knowledge of surgery involves knowledge of surgical materials, instruments and threads, visit the hospital environment, especially emergency rooms and operating room, and the student should improve the management of these instruments, exercising knots and sutures. This laboratory learning provides the student with methodology, skill, safety and effectiveness when performing the technique in vivo in practical classes of curricular surgery. Residents and practitioners where endonas and endosutures are the most advanced stage of videolaparoscopy, and mastery of these movements will allow students to perform complex procedures such as hiatal hernioplasty, hemicolectomy, gastrectomy, gastric bypass, heart valve placement, and other procedures.
Currently, there are several models of training in endosutures, with proven results competence, however, this utility model presents a new form and constructive disposition, which improves its use and, consequently, its functionality, considerably reducing the cost of production.
