Abstract
DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM MODELADOR TÉRMICO DE CABELO, idealizada por um equipamento térmico para formação de cachos ou ondulações, pertencente ao campo dos artigos para estética pessoal; o grande inconveniente dos modelos conhecidos do estado da técnica reside especificamente na falta de um dispositivo de proteção das unidades térmicas, ou seja, as unidades ficam expostas e podem ocasionar queima-duras, tanto no profissional cabeleireiro como na cliente, a fim de solucionar esse inconveniente foi desenvolvido o objetivo do presente pedido de patente, denominado de modelador térmico de cabelo (1), que compreende um equipamento de corpo basica-mente cilíndrico e esguio, constituído por um cabo de pega (2) de geometria tronco cônico invertido, do qual se projeta acima em longitudinal um elemento cilíndrico (3), o qual possui internamente aquecedores elétricos, que por sua vez são acionados por um botão pulsador (4) posicionado lateralmente no cabo de pega, que apresenta como novidade uma capa protetora (5) que envolve a totalidade do elemento cilíndrico (3); dita capa protetora (5) possui uma abertura (7) contínua que se estende da extremidade inferior a até a extremidade superior em uma revolução helicoidal.LAYOUT INTRODUCED IN THERMAL HAIR STYLING, idealized by a thermal equipment for the formation of curls or undulations, belonging to the field of articles for personal aesthetics; the major drawback of the known models of the state of the art resides specifically in the lack of a protection device for the thermal units, that is, the units are exposed and can cause burns, both in the hairdresser and in the client, in order to solve this problem. Inconvenient, the objective of the present patent application, called thermal hair curler (1), was developed, which comprises a device with a basically cylindrical and slender body, consisting of a handle handle (2) with an inverted truncated conical geometry, of the which projects longitudinally above a cylindrical element (3), which has internally electric heaters, which in turn are activated by a push-button (4) positioned laterally on the handle, which has as a novelty a protective cover (5) which surrounds the entirety of the cylindrical element (3); said protective cover (5) has a continuous opening (7) that extends from the lower end to the upper end in a helical revolution.
