1) - PROVISION APPLIED IN PACKING FOR BAKERY AND OTHER BAKERIES, such as cakes, pies, puddings, snacks and others that make up an individual portion of the delicacy, comprising: base (2) and lid (20) trunk-pyramid, with rounded corners; said base (2) of lower height and defined: by flat bottom (3); by defined perimeter wall: by section of lower trunk-pyramidal wall (4); by section of intermediate wall of section in "L"; and by the upper radial flap (5) facing outwards; said section of intermediate wall of section in "L" formed: by radial branch (6); and by axial branch (7); and the lid (20) is defined: by a flat top wall (21); perimeter side wall (22); and a radially lower flange facing outwardly (23) which is tightly coupled and fixed by interference in the axial branch (7) and is supported by the radial branch (6) of the intermediate “L” section of the base (2) , characterized in that said base (2) and cover (20) are of type detachable from each other and a device (30) for fixing the cover (20) on the base (2) and reinforcing it is provided: by holding stops “C” section curves (31), located in the middle of respective sides of the axial branch (7) of the intermediate “L” section of the base wall (2); and by spaces (32) defined between said stops (31) and the radial branch (6) of said section of intermediate wall of section in "L", such that when the cover (20) is applied in the base (2), under said curved retaining stops of section in “C” (31) and within said spaces (32) the lower flap (23) of the cover (20) is arranged, fixing it on the base (2).
