Abstract

A pressão do condensador é controlada pelas válvulas (10) e (11). A figura 01 representa o equipamento completo. The present utility model patent aims to generate heavy petroleum fractions using unusable synthetic rubbers and their residues as raw material. Natural rubber is a polymer obtained from the sap of rubber, a tree of Amazonian origin, but which gained the world, mainly due to the rapid adaptation it suffered when, at the turn of the century, it was successfully planted in the Asian rainforests. Over time, the technology was created in Germany to artificially manufacture it from oil. Although synthetic rubber is very similar to natural rubber, it is not as heat resistant and cracking with very rapid temperature change. For this reason, artifacts are always made up of a portion of natural rubber. In Brazil, most of the industrially produced rubber is used in tire manufacture, accounting for 70% of production. In addition, it can be used in footwear, surgical instruments (such as tubes, syringes and other pharmaceutical products, as well as surgical gloves and condoms). In rubber recycling, the main among the discarded materials is the tire. In the tire recycling process it is necessary to separate the rubber from the other components by means of cuts that subsequently subject the rubber to sieve purification. Each sliver is ground and steam-digested with chemicals capable of devulcanizing the rubber using bases and mineral oils. Currently the processes of disposal and recycling of these synthetic rubbers do not have the character of doing the reverse process, that is, making a portion of this material as a source of raw material in the form of oil fractions. In order to remedy such aforementioned inconveniences, we present the oil-generating equipment from synthetic rubbers. Oil from synthetic rubbers is obtained from their controlled heating in a pressure and temperature controlled chamber, thereby releasing gases which are condensed to a fraction of oil. Every process is controlled by PLC, computer software, or other controller. The rubber is initially crushed, whereupon it is sent to the feed (1) which supplies the cooking chamber (2) with the valve (13) open, after being fed the valve (13) is closed and the heating. The burner (3) is responsible for supplying the heating fuel, which is made in the furnace (4), the exhaust gases from the fuel burning are made by the chimney (5) and actuated by the valve (6). Heating at a certain pressure releases a gas through the valve (7), the gas passes through the condenser (8), which condenses the gas into flammable oil that is stored in the tank (9). The condenser pressure is controlled by valves (10) and (11). After the end of the cycle the sludge is removed from the outlets (12), at the beginning after the cooking chamber (2) has been fed again, then the valve (13) is closed and the following cycle is started again, and the following associated leaks, all given by way of example, not limitation, will further understand the utility model patent. Figure 01 represents the complete equipment. Figure 02 represents the complete equipment with cutting detail of the cooking chamber (2) and the furnace (4).
