métodos para produzir péletes e para fornecer combustível alternativo em pó, combustível alternativo em pó, contêiner de transporte, e, método de transportar combustível alternativo em pó. a invenção se refere a um método para produzir combustível alternativo em pó por moagem de péletes, cujos péletes são produzidos por: (i) fornecer material de resíduo que compreende um ou mais materiais termoplásticos de mais que 40%, com base no peso seco total do resíduo, e um ou mais materiais celulósicos de mais que 30%, com base no peso seco total do resíduo, sendo que o resíduo tem uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula com mais que 80% em peso maior que 5 mm e mais que 95% em peso menor que 60 mm, tendo um teor de água de cerca de 8% em peso ou menos; (ii) submeter o material de resíduo através de uma peletizadora com orifícios entre 4 a 8 mm, e uma razão de comprimento de mais que 10, de modo que a temperatura de saída seja de cerca de 85 °c ou mais baixa, (iii) submeter os péletes através de uma segunda peletizadora com orifícios entre 2 e 8 mm e uma razão de comprimento de mais que 14, de modo que a temperatura de saída seja de cerca de 110 °c ou mais alta; (iv) fornecer péletes, (v) e os péletes são resfriados para uma temperatura de cerca de 30 °c ou mais baixa. o combustível alternativo em pó pode ser transportado a granel e através de linhas de sopro.
