método e dispositivo para criar livro de códigos de harq semiestático, aparelho e mídia legível de armazenamento. a presente revelação fornece um método e um dispositivo para criar um livro de códigos de harq semiestático, um aparelho e uma mídia legível de armazenamento. o método inclui determinar um conjunto de ocasiões de recebimento de pdsch candidato e/ou um comprimento de bits de um livro de códigos de harq-ack com base na primeira informação de configuração. na presente revelação, a quantidade de ocasiões para recebimentos de pdsch candidato no conjunto de ocasiões para recebimentos de pdsch candidato é determinada com base em um tipo de uma tabela de alocação de recurso de domínio de tempo, de modo a salvar os bits de informações de harq-ack.
