Abstract

sistema ocular para diagnóstico e monitoramento da saúde mental. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de medição de métricas oculares não invasivas que é utilizado para diagnosticar o estado de saúde mental de um paciente. o método compreende a apresentação de um estímulo em uma tela de exibição eletrônica e a gravação de um vídeo de pelo menos um olho de um paciente por uma câmera de vídeo. o estímulo é configurado para provocar uma mudança em um sinal ocular do olho do paciente. o software processa os fotogramas de imagem do vídeo através de uma série de algoritmos otimizados, configurados para isolar e quantificar pelo menos um sinal ocular, aplicando uma máscara de imagem que isola os componentes. um algoritmo estima a probabilidade de um estado de saúde mental com base na alteração de pelo menos um sinal ocular. o estado de saúde mental estimado pode ser mostrado ao paciente ou a um profissional de saúde mental.
