Abstract

método para produzir óleo de base com estabilidade de cor intensificada. trata-se de um método para produzir um óleo de base que tem estabilidade de cor intensificada e do óleo de base preparado por esse método. o método compreende adicionar um composto de fenil benzotriazol a uma composição de óleo de base para formar uma composição de óleo de base de cor estabilizada. em alguns casos, o composto de fenil benzotriazol tem a fórmula estrutural (i): em que r e r? são independentemente um ou mais substituintes selecionados dentre hidrogênio, alquila substituída e não substituída, cicloalquila substituída e não substituída, alcóxi substituído e não substituído, carboxila substituída e não substituída ou uma combinação das mesmas, desde que pelo menos um dentre r e r? seja um substituinte não hidrogênio.
