Abstract
sistemas e métodos para interoperabilidade de serviços de saúde. as modalidades facilitam a interoperabilidade e garantem a determinação de custos de serviços de saúde. uma entidade pode receber um primeiro sub-bloco de registro eletrônico de saúde (ehr) com informações de cobertura médica do paciente e primeiros tratamentos e pode transmitir um primeiro sub-bloco de informações de dispositivo e fármaco (dir) que compreende primeiras classes de tratamento correspondentes a cada primeiro tratamento, membros da primeira classe de tratamento correspondentes a cada primeira classe de tratamento e informações de custo de membro da primeira classe de tratamento correspondente. em resposta, a entidade pode receber um segundo sub-bloco de ehr que compreende os segundos tratamentos, em que cada um: é associado a um primeiro tratamento correspondente e selecionado dentre os membros da primeira classe de tratamento correspondente. após o recebimento de uma confirmação de transação, a entidade pode aumentar uma cadeia de blocos multidimensional com um bloco multidimensional formado ligando-se: um bloco de dir que inclui segundas informações de tratamento, um bloco de ehr que inclui informações com base no segundo sub-bloco de ehr e um bloco de transação. as informações de assistência de pagamento determinadas a partir do segundo bloco de ehr podem ser transmitidas a um paciente.
