SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA ANÁLISE E PREVISÃO DE METABÓLITO IMPLEMENTADAS POR COMPUTADOR PARA INDIVÍDUOS ANIMAIS. Em alguns aspectos, a revelação é direcionada a métodos e sistemas para identificar um conjunto de metabólitos previsores que são preditivos de um estado de um indivíduo animal. Para essa finalidade, uma pluralidade de conjuntos de dados de respectivos dentre uma pluralidade de indivíduos animais pode ser obtida, em que cada uma da pluralidade de conjuntos de dados compreende dados de medição compreendendo uma indicação de uma concentração de cada um de uma pluralidade de metabólitos em uma amostra de um microbioma de um respectivo indivíduo animal. Uma etiqueta pode ser provida caracterizando, pelo menos em parte, o estado do indivíduo animal. Um processo de seleção de característica pode ser aplicado à pluralidade de conjuntos de dados para selecionar e, assim, identificar um subconjunto da pluralidade de metabólitos de qual subconjunto as concentrações são um previsor estatisticamente significante do estado de acordo com a etiqueta.
