Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO, MÉTODOS PARA DESBRIDAMENTO DE BIOFILME EM UM IMPLANTE E PARA TRATAR UMA INFECÇÃO BACTERIANA ENVOLVENDO BIOFILME E EM UM IMPLANTE, E, USO DE UMA COMBINAÇÃO DE UMA PROTEASE DEGRADADORA DE BIOFILME, UM AGENTE DE QUEBRA DE LIGAÇÃO DISSULFETO E UM ANTIBIÓTICO. É descrita aqui uma composição compreendendo uma protease degradadora de biofilme, um agente de quebra de ligação dissulfeto e um antibiótico, bem como um método para desbridamento de biofilme (por exemplo, em um implante) no corpo de um paciente. O método compreende o contato do biofilme com uma combinação de uma protease degradadora de biofilme e agente de quebra de ligação dissulfeto.
