Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UM CONCRETO DE ESCÓRIA ATIVADA, CONCRETO DE ESCÓRIA ATIVADA, CONCRETO DE ESCÓRIA ATIVADA FRESCO, CONCRETO DE ESCÓRIA ATIVADA REFORÇADO, ELEMENTO DE ESTRUTURAÇÃO E ELEMENTO PRÉMOLDADO. Método para a fabricação de um concreto a partir de escória ativada, compreendendo pelo menos as etapas que consistem em: a) dispor uma prémistura P de água e granulados, a temperatura da pré-mistura P sendo pelo menos igual a 10 graus celsius, b) dispor um sistema de ativação A compreendendo pelo menos um coaglutinante, um agente quelante, um carbonato de metal alcalino e um material carbonatado diferente do carbonato de metal alcalino, c) incorporar o sistema de ativação A e uma escória S, misturando-os na prémistura P, o sistema de ativação A e a escória S sendo introduzidos sucessivamente e/ou simultaneamente, d) continuar a mistura até que um concreto fresco seja obtido, e e) permitir que o concreto fresco cure.
