Abstract

SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA APRENDIZADO DE LINGUAGEM INTERATIVA E MÃOS LIVRES. Um sistema e método para auxiliar um usuário na aprendizagem de um idioma não nativo alvo inclui um processador que executa instruções armazenadas em um meio legível por computador, as instruções executadas fazendo com que o processador proveja o usuário com uma apresentação audível de uma palavra ou uma frase no idioma não nativo alvo e solicitando que o usuário responda de maneira audível com dados de fala. O sistema captura a resposta audível e converte a resposta audível para dados de texto de entrada, então, avalia os dados de texto para precisão através da comparação de caracteres de texto nos dados de texto para dados de texto antecipados contidos em uma base de dados. O sistema calcula o número de caracteres incorretos nos dados de texto, então converte os dados de texto avaliados para um arquivo de áudio de saída e lê novamente o arquivo de áudio para o usuário. A leitura provida pelo sistema provê resposta audível para o usuário com relação à acurácia dos dados de texto avaliados.
