MÉTODO PARA FECHAR UM ARTIGO TUBULAR DE MALHA EM UMA EXTREMIDADE AXIAL DO MESMO. Um método para fechar um artigo tubular de malha em uma extremidade axial do mesmo, no final de seu ciclo de produção em uma máquina circular de tecer artigos de malha, compreendendo: - produção do artigo até a execução do último curso de tecelagem, retendo os laços de malha do referido último curso de tecelagem na cabeça das agulhas da máquina que os formaram; - agarramento individual dos laços por um dispositivo de retirada dotado de elementos de retirada dispostos contra a região da haste de cada agulha localizada próxima à trava no lado oposto com relação à cabeça; - remoção do artigo, retendo cada laço do último curso formado por meio dos elementos de retirada; - posicionamento do artigo em uma estação de costura; - transição individual dos laços a partir dos elementos de retirada até pontas de um dispositivo anular composto de duas porções semianulares; - inversão do artigo retido pelo referido dispositivo de manipulação; sobreposição de cada um dos laços de um meio curso de tecelagem em um laço correspondente do outro meio curso do referido último curso de tecelagem em uma mesma ponta do referido dispositivo de manipulação por meio da reviravolta; - costura dos pares de laços de malha que são mutuamente sobrepostos; - desengate da confecção a partir do referido dispositivo de manipulação, a referida etapa de remoção da confecção compreendendo uma primeira etapa de preparação de extração, uma segunda etapa de extração de confecção e uma terceira etapa de transferência de confecção. É fornecida uma ordem específica de comandos das etapas diferentes.METHOD FOR CLOSING A KNITTED TUBULAR ARTICLE AT AN AXIAL END OF THE SAME. A method for closing a tubular knitted article at an axial end thereof, at the end of its production cycle on a circular knitted weaving machine, comprising: - producing the article until the execution of the last weaving course, retaining the knit loops of said last weaving course on the head of the machine needles that formed them; - individual gripping of the loops by a withdrawal device provided with withdrawal elements arranged against the region of the shaft of each needle located close to the latch on the opposite side with respect to the head; - removal of the article, retaining each loop of the last course formed by means of the removal elements; - positioning the article on a sewing station; - individual transition of the loops from the withdrawal elements to the ends of an annular device composed of two semi-annular portions; - inverting the article retained by said handling device; overlapping each of the loops of a weaving half course on a corresponding loop of the other half course of said last weaving course on a same end of said manipulation device by means of the turnaround; - sewing the pairs of knitted loops that are mutually superimposed; - disengaging the confection from said manipulation device, said confection removal step comprising a first extraction preparation step, a second confection extraction step and a third confection transfer step. A specific command order of the different steps is provided.
