Abstract

ADAPTAÇÃO EM TEMPO REAL DA PASTA DE CIMENTO PARA O TEMPO DE ESPESSAMENTO DO FUNDO DE POÇO. Um método de cimentação pode incluir: medir uma taxa de alimentação de água e uma taxa de alimentação de mistura de cimento em um misturador de cimento; calcular uma taxa de alimentação de retardador de cimento e/ou uma taxa de alimentação de acelerador usando um modelo de tempo de espessamento, em que o modelo de tempo de espessamento usa pelo menos um requisito de tempo de espessamento, a taxa de alimentação de água e a taxa de alimentação de mistura de cimento, para calcular a taxa de alimentação de retardador de cimento e/ou a taxa de alimentação de acelerador; introduzir um retardador de cimento na taxa de alimentação de retardador de cimento e/ou um acelerador na taxa de alimentação de acelerador no misturador de cimento; misturar pelo menos a água, a mistura de cimento e pelo menos um dentre o retardador de cimento e/ou o acelerador no misturador de cimento para fornecer uma pasta de cimento; e colocar a pasta de cimento em um furo de poço.
