Abstract

TRITURADOR DE EIXO DUPLO COM CONCEITO DE MANUTENÇÃO HORIZONTAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um triturador de eixo duplo (1) para triturar sólidos ou sólidos em líquidos, compreendendo uma carcaça do triturador (2), uma primeira unidade de disco de lâmina (14) e uma segunda unidade de disco de lâmina (16). A primeira unidade de disco de lâmina (14) tem em uma primeira extremidade axial uma primeira unidade de mancal (80) com uma primeiracaixa de mancal (81) e em uma segunda extremidade axial uma segunda unidade de mancal (82) com uma segunda caixa de mancal (83) , na qual um primeiro bloco de disco de lâmina (40) é montado rotativamente em torno de um primeiro eixo de rotação (A1). A segunda unidade de disco de lâmina (16) tem em uma primeira extremidade axial uma terceira unidade de mancal (84) com uma terceira caixa de mancal (85) e em uma segunda extremidade axial uma quarta unidade de mancal (86) com uma quarta caixa de mancal (87), na qual um segundo bloco de disco de lâmina (42) é montado rotativamente em torno de um segundo eixo de rotação (A2). A carcaça do triturador (2) possui uma primeira tampa de manutenção (50) que pode assumir uma posição de liberação (P21) e uma posição fechada (P11) e que, na posição de liberação (P21), permite a remoção da primeira unidade de disco de lâmina (14) junto com a primeira e segunda unidades de mancal (80, 82).
