Abstract
MÍDIA DE ARMAZENAMENTO LEGÍVEL POR COMPUTADOR NÃO TRANSITÓRIA, MÉTODO E MÉTODO PARA FORNECER UMA POLÍTICA DE ACESSO JUSTO (FAP) EM UM SISTEMA 4G. Trata-se de um sistema e método para reduzir o uso de canalizadores de satélite incluindo dividir um espectro de frequência em sub-bandas; fornecer um canalizador de satélite para cada uma das sub-bandas, em que cada uma das sub-bandas pode incluir canais; multiplexar canais de serviço nos canais de uma das sub-bandas, em que os canais de serviço transportam dados para uma pluralidade de MSSs. Um sistema e método para obter alta taxa de transferência em uma rede de satélite. Um sistema e método para fornecer uma Política de Acesso Justo (FAP) em um sistema 4G.
