Abstract
MÉTODO, SISTEMA DE COMPUTADOR E PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR PARA DETERMINAÇÃO AUTOMÁTICA DE PELO MENOS UM PARÂMETRO INDICATIVO DO GRAU OU NÍVEL DE FUNCIONALIDADE DE UM PULMÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para determinação automática de pelo menos um parâmetro indicativo do grau ou nível de funcionalidade de um pulmão de acordo com a taxa de ventilação de suas células, com base em uma imagem médica digital volumétrica do pulmão, composta por uma nuvem de voxel, o referido método consistindo em: - determinar quantitativamente e/ou delinear um primeiro volume A da nuvem em que a densidade espacial de voxels está entre -950HU e -450HU; - determinar quantitativamente e/ou delinear um segundo volume B da nuvem em que a densidade espacial de voxels está entre -750HU e -450HU; - determinar quantitativamente e/delinear um terceiro volume C, adicionalmente ou alternativamente ao volume B, definido como o volume diferencial (volume A - volume B); - calcular a razão (volume B / volume A) e/ou calcular a razão (volume C / volume A); - comparar o valor dessa(s) razão(ões) e/ou o valor dos referidos volumes com um ou vários valores de limite e explorar o resultado dessa comparação ou dessas comparações como o(s) referido(s) parâmetro(s) indicativo(s).
