Abstract
MÉTODO PARA AJUSTAR UM SISTEMA DE PERFURAÇÃO DE PRESSÃO GERENCIADA. Um método para ajustar um sistema de perfuração de pressão gerenciada compreendendo um estrangulamento de orifício variável para controlar o fluxo de fluido de um poço de perfuração inclui (a) distinguir a mudança na vazão através do estrangulador em relação à abertura do estrangulador, em uma queda de pressão substancialmente constante; (b) distinguir a mudança na pressão do fluido no poço em relação à mudança na abertura do estrangulamento, em uma vazão substancialmente constante no poço;,(c) distinguir um tempo de resposta de pressão no poço para mudanças na abertura do estrangulamento, um tempo de atraso da resposta de pressão após uma mudança na abertura do estrangulamento e uma contrapressão aplicada ao poço em relação à abertura do estrangulamento. As distinções em pelo menos um de (a) e (b), e a distinção em (c), são usadas como parâmetros de controle para um controlador diferencial integral proporcional tendo como saída a abertura do estrangulamento, e como entrada a pressão do fluido no poço antes do estrangulamento.
