Abstract
MÉTODO DE GERAÇÃO DE IMAGENS DE UM SLAB, E, APARELHO DE GERAÇÃO DE IMAGENS MAGNÉTICAS. São divulgados aparelhos, sistemas e métodos de MRI unilateral. Um método pode incluir a transmissão de um pulso de excitação de varredura de frequência compreendendo uma varredura de frequência baixa a alta; codificar a fase durante o pulso de excitação de varredura de frequência; e ajustar a quantidade de fase acumulada durante o pulso de excitação de varredura de frequência de fatias adjacentes no slab. O pulso de excitação de varredura de frequência pode ser um pulso de chirp. A codificação desta forma pode impedir que os ecos de spin desviem e impedir a truncagem do espaço k em certos casos. Além disso, as imagens resultantes podem ser combinadas de forma mais eficiente.
