Abstract
SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA CALIBRAR MÓDULOS DE CAPTURA DE IMAGEM. Em uma modalidade, um método inclui capturar, por uma câmera de um módulo de captura de imagem, uma primeira imagem de um alvo. O módulo de captura de imagem e um tambor são fixados a um acessório e o alvo é fixado ao tambor. O método também inclui determinar um número de pixels laterais em uma distância de passo lateral da imagem do alvo, determinar um tamanho de pixel de objeto lateral com base no número de pixels laterais, e determinar uma taxa de codificador de tambor com base no tamanho de pixel de objeto lateral. A taxa de codificador de tambor é programada em um codificador de tambor. O método inclui adicionalmente capturar, pela câmera, uma segunda imagem do alvo enquanto o alvo é girado em torno de um eixo do tambor, determinar um número de pixels longitudinais em uma distância de passo longitudinal da segunda imagem, e comparar o número de pixels laterais com o número de pixels longitudinais.
