Abstract

Também é descrito um método para limpar um furo de poço usando o modelo do método acima.METHODS FOR MODELING A DRILL COLUMN IN A WELL HOLE AND FOR CLEANING A WELL HOLE, SYSTEM, AND, COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT. A method for modeling a drillstring in a wellbore, the method comprising providing a model of the drillstring, the model representing the drillstring by a sequence of alternating springs and elements, each element describing the mass and/or or the moment of inertia of a corresponding part of the drill string and each spring represents at least one of: axial, torsional and/or flexural stiffness of one of the corresponding parts of the drill string, wherein the model describes one or more forces in each element by one or more systems of first- or second-order ordinary equations, wherein each equation comprises a linear part comprising constant coefficients and a non-linear part which includes one or more of: one or more non-linear terms, a or more non-smooth terms, one or more time-dependent terms, and/or one or more coupled terms; and the method comprises recalculating the model for a plurality of time steps, wherein recalculating the model for the respective time step comprises calculating one, two or three dimensional positions, orientations and/or associated derivatives of all elements for the respective time step. time based on one-, two-, or three-dimensional positions, orientations, and/or associated derivatives of all elements at an earlier time step, describing the nonlinear part by a form of expansion with respect to time, and solving the system of equations both analytically or by using exponential integrators for the duration of the respective time step. A method for cleaning a well hole using the above method template is also described.
