Abstract
SENSOR DE LUZ VOLTADO PARA CIMA PARA DETECÇÃO DE PLANTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina agrícola configurada para identificar e tratar plantas em um campo. A máquina agrícola inclui um ou mais sensores de luz para medir uma característica de luz. Um ou mais sensores de luz são acoplados à máquina agrícola e são direcionados para uma orientação substancialmente para cima, longe das plantas. Um sistema de controle ajusta as configurações de um sistema de aquisição de imagem com base em uma característica de luz medida por um ou mais sensores de luz. O sistema de aquisição de imagem captura uma imagem de uma planta usando um ou mais sensores de imagem acoplados à máquina agrícola, um ou mais sensores de imagem direcionados em uma orientação substancialmente para baixo em direção às plantas. O sistema de controle identifica uma planta na imagem e aciona um mecanismo de tratamento para tratar a planta identificada.
