Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA COMPRESSÃO DE INFORMAÇÕES. Trata-se de um método para comprimir informações que inclui acessar uma leitura de dados de sequenciamento genômico, alinhar a leitura a uma referência, gerar dados de alinhamento com base no alinhamento da leitura, obter um conjunto de contextos com base nos dados de alinhamento e comprimir valores de qualidade correspondentes aos dados de alinhamento com base no conjunto de contextos. Os dados de alinhamento podem fornecer uma indicação de erros nos dados de sequenciamento genômico, e cada um dos valores de qualidade pode fornecer uma indicação de uma probabilidade de erro em uma ou mais bases nos dados de sequenciamento genômico.
