Abstract
MÉTODO, APARELHO E SISTEMA PARA CODIFICAR E DECODIFICAR UM BLOCO DE AMOSTRAS DE VÍDEO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e um método para decodificar um sub-bloco de coeficientes residuais de um bloco de transformada a partir de um fluxo de bits de vídeo. O método compreende determinar se a ocultação de bit de sinal é usada para o sub-bloco, a determinação com base em um valor de um sinalizador de salto de transformada determinado para o sub-bloco e um valor de um sinalizador de ocultação de bit de sinal associado ao sub-bloco; se a ocultação de bit de sinal não for usada, decodificar um número de bits de sinal igual a um número de coeficientes significativos no sub-bloco; e decodificar o sub-bloco reconstruindo os coeficientes residuais do sub-bloco utilizando os bits de sinal decodificados.METHOD, EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM FOR ENCODING AND DECODING A BLOCK OF VIDEO SAMPLES. The present invention relates to a system and method for decoding a sub-block of residual coefficients of a transform block from a video bit stream. The method comprises determining whether sign bit concealment is used for the sub-block, determining based on a value of a transform hop flag determined for the sub-block and a value of a bit masking flag of signal associated with the sub-block; if sign bit concealment is not used, decoding a number of sign bits equal to a number of significant coefficients in the sub-block; and decoding the sub-block by reconstructing the residual coefficients of the sub-block using the decoded signal bits.
