Abstract
PROCESSOS DE PREPARAÇÃO DE COMPOSIÇÃO DE MISTURA ASFÁLTICA E DE ASFALTAMENTO SOB TEMPERATURAS DE DEPOSIÇÃO REDUZIDAS, COMPOSIÇÃO DE MISTURA ASFÁLTICA E USO DE COMPOSIÇÃO DE MISTURA ASFÁLTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de uma composição de mistura asfáltica, em que o mencionado processo compreende: (1) fornecimento de composição de asfalto e aquecimento da mencionada composição até uma temperatura na faixa de 150 a 175 °C; (2) fornecimento de material granular e aquecimento do mencionado material a uma temperatura na faixa de 130 a 170 °C; (3) fornecimento de um ou mais compostos reativos termorretráteis; (4) adição de um ou mais compostos reativos termorretráteis fornecidos em (3) à composição de asfalto obtida em (1) e homogeneização da mistura por um período na faixa de 2 a 180 s; e (5) adição da mistura obtida em (4) ao material granular obtido em (2) e homogeneização da calda por um período na faixa de 5 a 180 s, em que a temperatura da composição de mistura asfáltica resultante encontra-se na faixa de 130 a 155 °C. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de mistura asfáltica obtida ou que pode ser obtida por meio do mencionado processo, seu uso e um processo de asfaltamento sob temperaturas de deposição reduzidas.
