Abstract

ROLAMENTO DE MOTOR COM MOLA ANTIRROTAÇÃO PARA BOMBA DE POÇO ELÉTRICA SUBMERSÍVEL. Trata-se de um motor elétrico para bomba submersível (17) que tem um cubo de rolamento (51) entre seções de rotor adjacentes (43). O cubo de rolamento (51) tem uma parede lateral voltada para fora do cubo (56) e uma parede lateral de cubo voltada para dentro do cubo (54) através das quais um eixo (39) se estende. Um colar (57) que tem uma parede lateral voltada para dentro do colar (69) é montado rigidamente na parede lateral voltada para fora do cubo (56). O colar (57) tem uma parede lateral voltada para fora do colar (71) espaçada em relação a uma parede lateral do estator (33) por uma folga anular. Uma fenda (63) no colar (57) se estende da parede lateral voltada para dentro do colar (69) até a parede lateral voltada para fora do colar (71). Uma mola antirrotação (59) tem uma porção de suporte (85a, 85b) inclinada para dentro contra a parede lateral voltada para fora do cubo (56) e uma porção de travamento (87) que se projeta para fora através da fenda (63) para engate com um sulco de estator (35) para impedir a rotação do cubo (51) e do colar (57).
