DISPOSITIVO E SISTEMA PARA MEDIR DIMENSÕES DE PARTÍCULAS DE ALIMENTOS E MÉTODO ASSOCIADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para retenção de grânulos para alimentos, compreendendo uma cantoneira, a cantoneira compreendendo duas partes planas unidas de forma integral e formando uma dobra alongada entre as duas partes, e um sistema para segurar os grânulos, limpos imobilizar um ou mais grânulos contra cada uma das duas partes da dobra, sendo as partes planas opticamente transparentes.
