MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO DE CODIFICAÇÃO DE IMAGEM COM BASE EM FILTRAGEM. De acordo com as modalidades descritas no presente documento, subfigurações e/ou limites virtuais podem ser usados para codificar uma imagem. Por exemplo, as subfigurações na figuração atual podem ser usadas para prever, reconstruir e/ou filtrar a figuração atual. Os limites virtuais podem ser usados para filtrar amostras reconstruídas da figuração atual. Através da codificação de imagem com base nas subfigurações e/ou limites virtuais de acordo com as modalidades descritas no presente documento, a qualidade subjetiva/objetiva de uma imagem pode ser melhorada e o consumo de recursos de hardware necessários para a codificação pode ser reduzido.
