Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE UMA TRAMA DE POLPA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um dispositivo para secar uma trama de polpa (1), com desaguamento da trama de polpa por prensagem e a trama de polpa (1) sendo guiado diretamente sobre a trama de prensa (4) para uma primeira área de transferência (5) para a transferência da trama de polpa (1) para um vestuário de transferência (6) e transferência da trama de polpa (1) em uma segunda área de transferência (7) para uma secadora (8). É caracterizado pelo fato de que a trama de polpa (1) passa por secagem térmica entre a primeira área de transferência (5) e a segunda área de transferência (7). Isto permite a produção de uma trama de polpa (1) com características de melhor qualidade e baixo consumo de energia ao mesmo tempo.
