The lid has a central panel (30), a wall (32) surrounding the central panel and an outwardly directed corrugation (34) at the top of the wall. The corrugation defines a peripherally extending channel (35) that has an opening therein, and the sealing compound (36) is located within the channel and projects through the opening. The bowl body and lid are sized to allow the lid to be snap-fitted to the bowl body so that an outward facing surface of the wall opposes the inward facing sealing surface of the lip, while the sealing compound is in a sealing engagement on the up-facing sealing surface of the lip.
