Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR DIENOS. Trata-se de um processo para produzir um dieno, preferencialmente um dieno conjugado, mais preferencialmente 1,3-butadieno, que compreende a desidratação de pelo menos um alquenol na presença de pelo menos um material catalítico compreendendo pelo menos um catalisador ácido à base de sílica (SiO2) e alumina (Al2O3), preferencialmente uma sílica-alumina (SiO2-Al2O3), em que o dito catalisador tem um teor de alumina (Al2O3) menor ou igual a 12% em peso, preferencialmente entre 0,1% em peso e 10% em peso, em relação ao peso total do catalisador, sendo o dito teor de alumina referido ao peso total do catalisador sem aglutinante, e um diâmetro modal de poro entre 9 nm e 170 nm, preferencialmente entre 10 nm e 150 nm, ainda mais preferencialmente entre 12 nm e 120 nm. Preferencialmente, o dito alquenol pode ser obtido diretamente de processos biossintéticos, ou por processos de desidratação catalítica de pelo menos um diol, preferencialmente um butanodiol, mais preferencialmente 1,3-butanodiol, ainda mais preferencialmente bio-1,3-butanodiol, derivado de processos biossintéticos. Preferably, said alkenol can be obtained directly from biosynthetic processes, or by catalytic dehydration processes of at least one diol, preferably a butanediol, more preferably 1,3-butanediol, even more preferably bio-1,3-butanediol, derived from biosynthetic processes. Preferably, said 1,3-butadiene is bio-1,3-butadiene.
