Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PORTÁTIL PARA ANÁLISES GENÉTICAS IN SITU. Trata-se de um dispositivo (1) para realizar análises genéticas in situ, conformado de modo a ser transportável manualmente por um usuário (4), que compreende um invólucro (12) definindo um compartimento interno (13) e uma pluralidade de unidades de análise (5) dispostas no compartimento interno (13), onde cada unidade de análise (5) é configurada para realizar uma análise genética respectiva e independente de pelo menos uma amostra; cada unidade de análise (5) compreende um compartimento de suporte de amostra (14) acessível pelo usuário (4) e adaptado para acomodar pelo menos uma amostra; uma unidade de comando e controle (6); pelo menos um sensor (8) selecionado entre um sensor óptico, de aceleração, de temperatura, de pressão, de movimento, químico ou uma combinação dos mesmos, configurado para detectar uma primeira quantidade física em relação à análise genética da pelo menos uma amostra e para transduzir a primeira quantidade física em um primeiro sinal (S1) que é indicativo do estado de progresso da análise genética, a unidade de comando e controle (6) está em comunicação de sinal com o pelo menos um sensor (8) para receber o dito primeiro sinal (S1); a unidade de análise (5) compreende ainda uma pluralidade de instrumentos (3), configurados para realizar a análise genética da amostra, compreendendo um dispositivo de amplificação e detecção óptica (31) configurado para detectar pelo menos uma segunda quantidade física em relação à análise genética e para transduzir a segunda quantidade física em pelo menos um segundo sinal (S2) que é indicativo do resultado da análise genética, a unidade de comando e controle (6) está em comunicação de sinal com o dispositivo de amplificação e detecção óptica (31) para receber o dito segundo sinal (S2); o dispositivo (1) compreende ainda uma unidade de processamento (16), em comunicação de sinal com a unidade de comando e controle (6) de cada unidade de análise (5) para receber os respectivos primeiros sinais (S1) e os respectivos segundos sinais (S2).
