Abstract

SISTEMA E MÉTODOS PARA AUTENTICAÇÃO DE DOCUMENTOS. Trata-se de um sistema e métodos direcionados à autenticação/verificação de identificação e outros documentos. Tais documentos podem incluir carteiras de identidade, carteira de habilitação, passaportes, documentos que são usados para mostrar uma prova de registro ou certificação, cédulas eleitorais, formas de entrada de dados, etc. O processo de autenticação ou verificação pode ser realizado para fins de controle de acesso de informações, controle de acesso para e/ou uso de um local, um método de transporte, ou um serviço, para assistência na realização de uma função de segurança, para estabelecer elegibilidade para e possibilitar a provisão de um serviço ou benefício fornecido pelo governo, etc. O processo de autenticação ou verificação também pode ou ao invés disso pode ser realizado para fins de verificação de um documento por si como autêntico para que as informações que o mesmo contém possa ser confidentemente suposto como sendo exato e confiável.
