FOLHA DE POLISSACARÍDEO À BASE DE COMPONENTE BIOLÓGICO. A presente invenção se refere a uma folha de polissacarídeo compreendendo um polímero polissacarídico e um plastificante, em que polímero polissacarídico se origina da fermentação de uma bactéria ou um fungo, como Ascomycota. A invenção se refere adicionalmente ao uso da folha de polissacarídeo e a um método para sua produção.
