Abstract
EMBALAGEM DESCARTÁVEL COM ABERTURA POR RUPTURA. Uma embalagem descartável (1) com abertura por ruptura para dispensar um produto líquido, denso ou semidenso, composta de uma película semirrígida (2) e uma película flexível (8) que formam um volume (10) para conter o produto. A película semirrígida compreende pelo menos uma camada de um material misturado, na qual: - o referido material misturado compreende um polímero de base e um aditivo, em que o polímero de base é selecionado a partir do grupo compreendendo polipropileno e polietileno e o aditivo é selecionado a partir do grupo compreendendo COCs (Copolímeros de Olefina Cíclica), um enchimento mineral tal como talco e/ou carbonato de cálcio, um agente de nucleação; - a película flexível (8) compreende pelo menos uma camada compreendendo o referido polímero de base, de modo que a embalagem seja monomaterial.DISPOSABLE PACKAGING WITH RAPTURE OPENING. A disposable package (1) with a tear opening for dispensing a liquid, dense or semi-dense product, composed of a semi-rigid film (2) and a flexible film (8) that form a volume (10) to contain the product. The semi-rigid film comprises at least one layer of a blended material, in which: - said blended material comprises a base polymer and an additive, wherein the base polymer is selected from the group comprising polypropylene and polyethylene and the additive is selected from the group comprising COCs (Cyclic Olefin Copolymers), a mineral filler such as talc and/or calcium carbonate, a nucleating agent; - the flexible film (8) comprises at least one layer comprising said base polymer, so that the package is monomaterial.
