Abstract

VÁLVULA SOLENOIDE PARA ÁGUA CAPAZ DE AUMENTAR A FORÇA DE SUCÇÃO ELETROMAGNÉTICA E MÉTODO DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO CORRESPONDENTE. A presente patente de invenção se refere a uma válvula solenoide de entrada de água capaz de melhorar a atração eletromagnética e um método de implementação para isso. O método compreende: obter um conjunto de estator encapsulado em plástico por injeção de plástico em um conjunto estator (102) e montar o conjunto estator encapsulado em plástico e um conjunto de corpo de válvula compreendendo um núcleo de ferro móvel (201) em conjunto para formar a válvula solenoide de entrada de água. The plastic encapsulated stator assembly comprises: an upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve (113) and a lower magnetic conductive inner sleeve (114) mounted in a central hole of a coil assembly (103); a water insulating sleeve (117) on the inner sides of the upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve (113) and the lower magnetic conductive inner sleeve (114); a magnetic armature (111) located outside the coil assembly (103) and connecting the upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve (113) and the lower magnetic conductive inner sleeve (114); a magnetic conductive base (121) mounted on the inner side of the upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve (113); and a plastic encapsulation layer (116) covering the coil assembly (103) and magnetic armature (111). Placing the upper end face of the movable iron core (201) in a starting position not less than the upper edge of the lower magnetic conductive inner sleeve (114) and not greater than 1/4 the height of a gap between the edge of the inner sleeve lower magnetic conductor (114) and the lower edge of the upper magnetic conductive inner sleeve (113), the electromagnetic attraction of the water inlet solenoid valve is improved.
