Abstract
método para ajustar a concentração de glicose a um valor alvo durante o cultivo de células de mamífero. sistemas de cultivo de alto rendimento são usados em pesquisa e desenvolvimento farmacêutico. nesta conexão, amostras são coletadas e analisadas para parâmetros importantes usando análise externa. os resultados da análise servem para avaliar o processo de cultivo e fornecer informações importantes sobre o processo. especialmente com cultivos realizados em paralelo, o esforço manual de preparo das amostras é grande e pode levar a erros. a fim de evitar a necessidade de amostragem e, assim, minimizar os erros, um método é descrito no presente pedido de patente que torna os parâmetros alvo desejados acessíveis na forma de sensores suaves por meio de variáveis de processo previamente registradas. aqui é descrito um método para determinar parâmetros relevantes para o processo em processos cho (ovário de hamster chinês) em cultivos de alto rendimento, em particular glicose, lactato e a densidade de células vivas ou o volume de células vivas.
