vidraça isolante que compreende camadas de ito e de nitreto de nióbio. artigo vítreo transparente, que compreende pelo menos um substrato de vidro munido sobre pelo menos uma de suas faces de um revestimento constituído por um empilhamento de camadas finas, o dito revestimento compreendendo a sucessão de camadas seguintes, por referência à superfície do dito substrato: - uma primeira camada que compreende nitreto de nióbio, - uma camada que compreende um óxido transparente condutor, - uma segunda camada que compreende nitreto de nióbio, no qual as ditas primeira e segunda camadas que compreendem nitreto de nióbio estão diretamente em contato com a camada que compreende um óxido transparente condutor.
