método e dispositivo para processar uma mensagem de controle de recurso de rádio de nó secundário, equipamento de usuário e mídia de armazenamento legível por computador.trata-se de um método, aparelho e dispositivo para processar uma mensagem de rrc de sn e uma mídia de armazenamento, em que o mesmo é aplicado a um sistema de comunicação. o método compreende: parâmetros de configuração de envio de dispositivo de rede de acesso de um ro, em que os parâmetros de configuração compreendem: um valor de deslocamento de uma posição inicial de um ro compartilhado com relação a uma posição inicial de um ro usado para o acesso aleatório de quatro etapas, e o ro compartilhado é um ro compartilhado pelo acesso aleatório de quatro etapas e pelo acesso aleatório de duas etapas; e um terminal que recebe os parâmetros de configuração do ro e determinar, de acordo com os parâmetros de configuração do ro, uma posição de domínio de frequência do ro compartilhado. o presente pedido realiza a configuração flexível de um ro compartilhado em diferentes posições de domínio de frequência, aprimorando, assim, a flexibilidade de um modo de configuração.
