Abstract
PROCESSO E SISTEMA DE RECUPERAÇÃO DE VENTS DA PRODUÇÃO DE HIDROXIPROPIL METILCELULOSE (HPMC). A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de recuperação de vents da produção industrial de HPMC que compreende um sistema de absorvedoras, com resfriamento a baixa temperatura e remoção dos químicos, sendo que os referidos químicos recuperados são posteriormente tratados para reuso no processo produtivo e um processo de recuperação de vents da produção industrial de HPMC, sendo que o referido processo compreende as etapas de (a) absorver os gases solúveis em água da corrente de vents dos processos de HPMC, com água a baixa temperatura; (b) resfriar a solução aquosa rica nos componentes absorvidos; (c) absorver os gases não absorvidos em álcoois da corrente de vents que passou pela primeira absorvedora, álcool a baixa temperatura; (d) resfriar a solução de álcool rica nos componentes absorvidos; (e) lavar os gases não absorvidos com água a baixa temperatura para remoção do álcool residual; e (f) recuperar os componentes absorvidos para reuso no processo de produção de HPMC.PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR THE RECOVERY OF WINDS IN THE PRODUCTION OF HYDROXYPROPYL METHYCELLULOSE (HPMC). The present invention refers to a system for recovering vents from the industrial production of HPMC comprising a system of absorbers, with cooling at low temperature and removal of chemicals, and said recovered chemicals are subsequently treated for reuse in the production process and a process for recovering vents from industrial HPMC production, said process comprising the steps of (a) absorbing water-soluble gases from the vent stream of HPMC processes with water at low temperature; (b) cooling the aqueous solution rich in absorbed components; (c) absorb the gases not absorbed in alcohols from the vent stream that passed through the first absorber, alcohol at low temperature; (d) cooling the alcohol solution rich in absorbed components; (e) washing unabsorbed gases with low temperature water to remove residual alcohol; and (f) recover absorbed components for reuse in the HPMC production process.
