método para determinar um filtro para um suporte transparente com base em uma sensibilidade à luz individual determinada. a invenção fornece um método para determinar pelo menos um filtro para um suporte transparente, o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: -determinar uma quantidade representativa de um limiar de sensibilidade à luz do usuário; -determinar, para cada ambiente iluminado dentre um grupo de ambientes iluminados, um índice representativo do nível de proteção exigido pelo usuário; -determinar uma pontuação para cada ambiente iluminado dentre o grupo de ambientes iluminados (40) e para cada filtro dentre um grupo de filtros, a referida pontuação sendo representativa da capacidade do filtro para atingir o nível de proteção exigido pelo usuário; -determinar pelo menos um filtro dentre o grupo de filtros com base nas pontuações do referido pelo menos um filtro em uma pluralidade de ambientes iluminados (40) dentre o grupo de ambientes iluminados.
