derivação de candidatos de predição de vetor de movimento temporal em código de vídeo. a presente invenção refere-se a um método exemplar inclui codificar, por um codificador de vídeo e por meio de um fluxo de bits de vídeo codificado, um elemento de sintaxe que especifica se o fluxo de bits de vídeo codificado inclui uma pluralidade de elementos de sintaxe que especificam parâmetros de um processo de derivação de candidato de predição de vetor de movimento temporal (tmvp); onde o elemento de sintaxe especifica que o fluxo de bits de vídeo codificado inclui a pluralidade de elementos de sintaxe: codificar, pelo codificador de vídeo, a pluralidade de elementos de sintaxe por meio do fluxo de bits de vídeo codificado; e derivar, pelo codificador de vídeo e com base em parâmetros especificados pela pluralidade de elementos de sintaxe, um candidato de tmvp para um bloco atual de uma imagem atual de dados de vídeo; gerar, para o bloco atual, uma lista de candidatos de vetor de movimento, a lista incluindo o candidato de tmvp derivado; e predizer, com base na lista de candidatos de vetor de movimento, o bloco atual.
