método implementado por uma unidade de transmissão/recepção sem fio, e, unidade de transmissão/recepção sem fio. são apresentados métodos, aparelhos e sistemas. em um método representativo, uma unidade de transmissão/recepção sem fio (wtru) pode receber informações associadas a uma ou mais concessões configuradas (cgs), pode selecionar uma primeira cg correspondente a uma primeira configuração de cg, e pode transmitir, em uma ocasião de cg associada à primeira cg, um bloco de transporte (tb) usando recursos associados à primeira cg. a wtru pode também iniciar um temporizador de cg para a primeira cg responsiva a uma transmissão do tb, e receber uma indicação de reconhecimento (ack) de harq que indica um valor de retroinformação de harq-ack e está associada a um id de processo (pid) de harq em informações de retroinformação de enlace descendente (dfi) de informações de controle de enlace descendente (dci). nesse método representativo, após a recepção da indicação de harq ack e na condição de que um valor de retroinformação de harq ack é igual a ack, a wtru pode parar o temporizador de cg e pode descarregar um buffer de harq associado ao pid de harq.
