método para obtenção de heparinas de baixo peso molecular através de filtração de fluxo tangencial. método para obtenção de heparinas de baixo peso molecular (hbpm) com distribuição de peso molecular entre 3,0 e 5,0 kda compreendendo pelo menos uma etapa de concentração através de filtração de fluxo tangencial (tff). o método é particularmente útil para a preparação de bemiparina e enoxaparina sem a utilização de precipitação fracionada nem o uso de soluções alcoólicas. em particular, a preparação da hbpm é obtida através da despolimerização da heparina e filtração (ultrafiltração e/ou diafiltração de tff) da heparina despolimerizada sem o uso de precipitação fracionada e sem uma solução alcoólica.method for obtaining low molecular weight heparins through tangential flow filtration. method for obtaining low molecular weight heparins (hbpm) with molecular weight distribution between 3.0 and 5.0 kda comprising at least one concentration step through tangential flow filtration (tff).
